טופס חברות באיגוד

Members need to fill out this form every fiscal year. After filling out the form, you will receive a copy of your form by email, for your records. Another copy will be sent to your academic institution, if we have its contact details on file.

The membership fees can be found here.

You can later check here whether your payment was received (keep in mind that it takes time before the academic institutions transfer the funds).

על חברי האיגוד למלא טופס זה אחת לכל שנה תקציבית. אחרי מילוי הטופס תקבלו בדוא"ל העתק של הטופס המלא. העתק נוסף יישלח למוסד האקדמי שלכם, במידה ויש לנו את פרטי הקשר של המוסד ברשומות.
